So happy 9round opened in Prospect! I have always loved kickboxing workouts and this place definitely delivers! 30 minutes in and out and a kickbutt workout. Easy for beginners to learn but still tough enough for an incredible calorie burner for those who have been working out for years. Friendly staff and great atmosphere is the icing on the cake. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I couldn't say enough good things about 9Round! Mel is amazing! As well as all the other trainers! I have never loved going to the gym, but I sure do now!
Hard core non-exerciser here. Joined 9Round mid-August and, minus a week of the flu, have shown up a minimum of four times a week. The 30 minute timeframe and constantly changing workout plans work well for me. But the game-changer is the trainers. Having people who are helpful, personable, and knowledgeable encourage and push me is exactly what I needed.
Started back in April. A fantastic 40 minute workout!! Staff is great! Love that it is so close to home!
I started in May 2017. I love the work out, the flexibility it allows and the training staff. I can really tell a difference. I highly recommend giving it a try.
