This company has horrible service and could care less about their customers. They ruined a discontinued comforter of ours. We had the receipt showing how much we paid for it and they refused to pay for the comforter or even refund the money for cleaning (destroying) our comforter. They have horrible service and could care less about their customers or their belongings. DO NOT USE Sam Meyers for any service whatsoever as I am sure you will be disappointed and ripped off in the likely event that something of your is damaged or ruined. Highland cleaners offers has much better service and customer care.
Your Credit card phone system can only handle one call at a time. You should allow customers in the store to complete credit card approvals before you take calls from customers and make the customer in the store wait 20 minutes to complete a telephone call.
